Ferry and light rail can solve White Bay traffic congestion

The location of the passenger terminal at White Bay will cause delay and added expense for tourists arriving in Sydney. Hardly a warm welcome. Further, diverting the traffic serving the terminal via James Craig Road will only shift the increased peak-hour congestion to another part of Victoria Road.

As for the residents, they can look forward to sleep disturbance, the severity of which has been underestimated by the acoustic studies. All to what effect? To allow the over- development at Barangaroo.
