Why not test Lend Lease's theory that opposition to Barangaroo is overstated by tethering helium balloons to the four corners of the footprint of each proposed building and then flying them to the building's expected height. This view of the scale of the development should see a few zeros added to Clover Moore's 11,000 signatures.
